Missing you will be an understatement for us all. You taught us all so much. You taught me so many good points for preaching, to being a good person, and to being the best husband I can be. Thank you for always being here, being a perfect grampa, always having a story for everything. I don’t think we ever heard them all yet, but we can’t wait too see you soon so we can hear them. Well miss you grampa, but we look forward to seeing you soon. We love you so much

Kokedama
An ancient Japanese style of gardening. The broken down part of this style of planting is a ball of coconut coir and dirt, and wrapping moss over the roots.
I also really like this style because it’s container free. Even if the container is reused or compostable, it’s still another container.
These are wrapped with twine and able to hang. Saving space in the apartment or for making beautiful hanging arrangements.

You just need to treat yourself @hoodandfircollective
You won’t believe all the awesome things we’re bringing up with so many local crafters. Everything is sustainable, building out local economy and helping our fragile environment. Just a good little treatππ
A tree starts out as a seed, then grows for decades, maybe even centuries.
We had ideas as seeds, we started to grow, but realized trees themselves aren’t strong, but together growing together they form a forest.
Handcrafted. Small Batch. Locally produced with sustainability in mind. We started the Hood and Fir Collective to not only help the small crafts economy here, but to also elevate it. And to elevate the need to reduce, reuse, and recycle our trash better. Our products are made with what would have been thrown away. We are a collective for the better of everything.
Join us on our journey. We grow together as a Forest.
